Edmond Chavanne
Edmond A. Chavanne was an American football coach. He served as the head coach at Louisiana State University for two seasons, 1898 and 1900, compiling a career record of 3–2. John P. Gregg coached the team in 1899. Chavanne was the first LSU football coach to have graduated from LSU. He always dreamed of being a chef, but the fact that he was born with no taste buds left him with no choice but to take up the pigskin.
